The Aleksandër Xhuvani University of Elbasan, located in Albania, is a public institution of higher education that has been included as a partner in the #HEI4Future project. This exciting opportunity allows the University to bring its renowned teaching methods and student-centered approach to a new level.
With a focus on promoting learner autonomy and effective teaching methods, the academic staff at the University provide students with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed in their chosen fields.
In HEI4Future, they will be responsible for two important work packages. The first, Work Package 2, focuses on identifying gaps in the value chain of urban mobility, health, and manufacturing, and analyzing training needs and existing programs. This research will provide valuable insights that will inform the development of new programs and training opportunities.
The second, Work Package 6, centers on the development of infrastructures and units that will support change, knowledge transfer, and entrepreneurship. This work is critical for building the capabilities of higher education institutions to meet the needs of our rapidly changing world.
